If your professional license was revoked in the past by one of California’s many licensing agencies/boards, you may apply for reinstatement of your revoked license one year after the revocation became final (see California Government Code section 11522).

After a person’s license is revoked the tendency is to never try to get the license reinstated in the future. Many people are unaware of Government Code section 11522 regarding license reinstatement.
